Ribolla Gialla

An orange wine made from the native grape of Friuli (Italy), which thrives on the local Poca soil (a combination of sandstone and chalky clay). Ribolla Gialla is traditionally made in the region using skin contact (maceration) to enhance aromas and flavours.

The enjoyment of these few months of skin macerated in large casks of Ribolla Gialla, it changes the image of the versatile and productive style. A deep concentration of safran, curry spice, citrus, apple peel and honey hues give this wine a very special taste.
